What qualifies for the $99 offer?
The first package for each of the first 10 customers: one project, one trade, up to 30 plan sheets. The 4D sequence and one plan-addendum revision are included. Scope and availability are confirmed before payment.
Can I send more than one trade or 30 sheets?
Yes. Describe the full scope and sheet count. We’ll review it and confirm a separate fee before accepting the work.
Where do the prices come from?
The estimate identifies its pricing basis. Supply your rates and quotes if you want them used. Items still needing supplier or subcontractor confirmation remain visible.
Will my information be shown publicly?
Client plans, pricing and identifying project details stay private. Public model examples are prepared without client names, addresses, raw plans or quote information.
